Jim & Kelli update

First off...Jim and I want to thank everyone who came to the wedding back in August. We had such a great time, and to have all of our friends and family there made it so incredibly special to both of us. Thank you to all that made it or gave your best wishes to us if you were unable to be there. That was by far, the best day of my life!!!

As I'm sure you all know, the past year has been very stressful on both of us with all the wedding planning, which I guess is expected, right? But now that it's over and we are back from our honeymoon and back to the real-world and away from all the strong "Bahama-Mama" rum drinks that we enjoyed daily on the beach, things are falling together very nicely. Married life is great, Jim still has excellent health, we signed a lease for a  townhouse in Bothell and are in the process of drafting up a lease-to-own with the current owners, as Jim and I love the place and would love to purchase it once we get a bit more savings in the bank. We are very excited to move, paint and decorate, and already have our entire Kirkland apartment almost packed up for our move date of this Friday the 26th.

I posted a bunch of wedding day pictures up, along with pictures from our honeymoon on this website. I will also continue to write and post updates and pictures to keep all of our close friends and family up to date with the Vandanackers. :)

Also, several of you heard through the grape vein about Jimmy's cancer scare last week and I apologize that I haven't had a chance to call many of you back yet. The scan/test results came back Saturday afternoon and Jim's Oncologist reassured us that Jim is "ok" and that the cancer has not returned. Thank God!!! It was quite the scare last week as we sat for several days, dreading the possible bad news. God is defiantly watching over him I must say.

We hope that all of our friends and family are doing great and look forward to seeing you all soon.

Love, Kelli
